Support Worker:

What does this look like:

Having a Support Worker means having someone in your corner. They can help with everyday things like getting to appointments, going to the shops, trying new activities, building skills, or just getting through the week. Support looks different for everyone — for some people it might mean practical help, and for others it might mean having someone alongside them (body doubling) in social or community spaces. We follow your lead. Your routines, your preferences, your communication style, and your energy levels all matter.

What to expect:

You can expect support that feels safe, respectful, and on your terms. We take time to get to know you — what’s important to you, what helps, what doesn’t, and what your goals are (big or small). We believe you are the expert in your own life. Our Support Workers won’t try to “fix” you — they’re there to support you, celebrate your strengths, and help make daily life feel more manageable and more yours. To make sure our support worker is the best fit for you, we can:

  • Schedule a meet and greet 1hr introductory session

  • Explore your goals and how our support worker can work towards these

Our Support Workers can provide support under the NDIS codes. Reach out to learn more information.
